    What we can do for you ?

    Condition Report – A report detailing the property’s condition focusing on specific areas of concern. These reports are suitable for new homes where minimal defects are expected. Our condition reports utilise a straight forward ‘Traffic Light System’ which clearly indicates the condition of different parts of the building.

    1. Red – Defects found to be serious and should be investigated immediately.

    2. Amber – Defects that need to be repaired or replaced, however not urgently. Property must be maintained in the normal way.

    3. Green – No repair required, property must be maintained in the normal way.

    Homebuyers Surveys – Getting a homebuyers survey on the house your are about to purchase will remove a significant amount of risk. It’s more in depth than a condition report and is more suited for properties built less than 50 years ago. The Homebuyers Survey will not detail every single aspect of the building, but it does highlight urgent matters that need to be dealt with immediately utilising the traffic light system outlined above.

    Building Survey – Comprehensive, in-depth analysis of a property’s condition, more detailed than a Homebuyers Survey. These survey’s are essential for understanding the construction and potential defects of older properties and buildings of unusual construction. Our Building Survey’s will cover all visible and accessible parts of the building, including roofs, walls, floors, windows, doors, chimneys, garages, cellars and outbuildings.
